You Can Safely Go to the Dentist
We always do our very best to look after you as a patient. We always – both before, during, and after the corona pandemic – take all precautions to eliminate risks of infection. Naturally, we follow the recommendations from the Danish Health Authority, including the national guidelines for infection hygiene for dental clinics.

Face Masks Not Required

From now on, wearing a face mask inside the clinic is completely voluntary. Our employees will, of course, continue to wear face masks in all the required situations.

Maintaining Good Habits

We will maintain a number of good habits and precautions. Therefore, you will still find hand disinfectants at your disposal and, likewise, we will keep the increased distance between the chairs in our waiting rooms. Furthermore, we will still keep handshakes at a minimum.

Cancel Your Appointment If You’re Ill

You still need to cancel your appointment if you experience symptoms of COVID-19. These symptoms may be a dry cough, fatigue, headache, fever, sore throat, muscle pain, or loss of your sense of smell or taste. On account of possible infection, it’s important that you don’t come to the clinic in these cases, and instead, call for a new appointment.

If you’ve tested positive for COVID-19 and have a toothache, the clinic or your own doctor will be able to refer you to pain management at Rigshospitalet.

We Look Forward to Seeing You

We’re happy to be able to help you with dental care under more normal circumstances. If you have questions, please feel free to call. We hope you’re well-informed and we look forward to welcoming you back to our clinics.
